There is a lot of balance in this cup, with nutty tones at full city roast turning to bittersweet chocolate at Vienna. This is not a sweet coffee and some cups have almost an oakey hint to them.
A shade-grown coffee produced by a small group of farms that has great depth to it. A classic Colombian with deep-toned vanilla-nut flavor and sufficient acidity, not strikingly sweet but sweet enough.
